Участникът доброволно предоставя на Организатора на Играта личните си данни за обработване за целите на Играта, по-конкретно –за целите на идентификация на участвалите в Играта лица, записване на същите за участие, както и за целите на идентификация на победителите в Играта и осъществяване на връзка с тях по повод на връчване на спечелените от тях награди.Единствено данните на спечелилите участници, необходими за съставянето на   приемо-предавателен протокол, удостоверяващ връчването на спечелената награда, ще бъдат съхранявани според законоустановения за това срок, след което ще бъдат премахнати или имобилизирани (архивирани). 5. В случай че участвалите изрично потвърдят това то техните имейл адреси ще бъдат използвани за предоставяне на информация за предстоящи игри и събития под формата на седмичен нюзлетър. 6. Печелившите в Играта се определят чрез жребий на случаен принцип измежду всички, взели участие в Играта 7. Жребият се провежда от Организатора чрез използване на независим софтуер посредством уеб базирано приложение – <a href="http://www.random.org">www.random.org </a></li>

II. ОБЩИ УСЛОВИЯ ЗА ДА УЧАСТВАТЕ В ИГРАТА: „{game.name}“
<ol>
<li>Настоящите Общи условия уреждат отношенията между Организатора, от една страна, и Участниците в „{game.name}“ от друга страна, както и условията за участие в нея.</li>
<li>Чл. 2. Навсякъде в Общите условия дефинираните в този член думи и изрази ще имат следното значение: a. /1/ “Играта” е „{game.name}“ , която се провежда на интернет сайта <a href="{embed.url}">{embed.name}</a> и партньорската мрежа от сайтове на Билет БГ (Организатора на играта)</li>
<li> “Участник” e всяко физическо лице, посетило <a href="{game.link}">{game.link}</a>, отговорило на въпроса/ите и въвело имена, мобилен телефон и имейл за връзка с него във формата за участие.</li>
<li>„Организатор“е {game.org_name} a. /1/ Право на участие имат всички граждани на Република България над 14 -годишнавъзраст, като непълнолетни Участници (от 14 г. до 18 г.) следва да се регистрират с изричното съгласие на свои пълнолетни настойници, които да потвърдят извършената регистрация в играта, като в случай че непълнолетно лице спечели награда в Играта, то ще трябва да се яви заедно със своя настойник при получаване на същата. b. /2/ Не може да бъде Участник лице, което е ангажирано в дейността на Организатора на Играта или което е заето в дейност, свързана с реализацията, осигуряването и администрирането на Играта. c. /3/ При наличие на данни, установяващи неизпълнение на изискванията по предходните алинеи, Организаторът има право да спре участието до опровергаването им от страна на Участника. Организаторът самостоятелно преценява дали неизпълнението на изискванията е опровергано.</li>
<li>Участникът заявява съгласие за участие в Играта и съгласие с правилата на същата, в това число и с настоящите Общи условия, с изпълнението на условията за участие в Играта и отбелязването на „Съгласен съм с Общите условия” на адрес: <a href="{game.link}">{game.link}</a>,.</li>
<li>Организаторът определя правилата на Играта едностранно и има право да ги изменя и допълва по своя преценка, включително да съкрати или удължи срока на Играта, за които обстоятелства Участниците в Играта ще бъдат известени на уебстраницата на Играта. Организаторът има право по всяко време да преустанови реализацията й, както и да прекрати временно или постоянно участието на Участник в нея, ако същият не спазва установените правила. a. /1/ Общите условия се изменят и допълват едностранно от Организатора. b. /2/ Организаторът е длъжен да обяви на уебстраницата на Играта измененията и допълненията в Общите условия. c. /3/ Действието на измененията и допълненията е в сила от момента на обявяването им на интернет страница <a href="{game.link}">{game.link}</a>, Изменените и/или допълнени Общи условия обвързват Участниците в Играта с приемането им по начините, посочени по-горе.</li>
<li>Чл. 7. a. /1/ Участникът се индивидуализира в Играта посредством контактите, които оставя при попълването на формата за регистрацияна интернет страницата <a href="{game.link}">{game.link}</a>, и по-конкретноимена, телефон и имейл. b. /2/ Билет БГ и  <a href="{embed.url}">{embed.name}</a> нямат право да използват получените лични данни на участвалите за цели извън Играта, както и да ги предоставят на трети лица, освен в предвидените от закона случаи, както и при спазване на разпоредбите на настоящите Общи условия. Личните данни на Участниците се използват единствено за целите на идентификация на участвалите в Играта лица, записване на същитеза участие, както и за целите на идентификация на победителите в Играта и осъществяване на връзка с тях по повод на връчване на спечелените от тях награди c. /3/ Организаторът не носи отговорност, ако Участник е посочил неверни данни. d. /4/ Организаторът не носи отговорност, в случай че награденият е обективно възпрепятстван да получи и използва награда от Играта. e. /5/ Организаторът не носи отговорност и не дължи обезщетение на лице, използвало данни за друго лице, независимо дали последното е дало или не съгласие за това.</li>
<li>Чл. 8. При връчване на наградите на спечелилите ги лица, Организаторът предявява на печелившите за двустранно подписване от печелившия и от представител на Организатора приемо-предавателен протокол, който удостоверява надлежното връчване на съответната награда.</li>
<li>Чл. 9. a. /1/ Организаторът обработва събраните лични данни законосъобразно и добросъвестно. Билет БГ се задължава да предприеме необходимите технически и организационни мерки, за да защити данните от случайно или незаконно унищожаване, или от случайна загуба, от неправомерен достъп, изменение или разпространение, както и от други незаконни форми на обработване. b. /2/ Доколкото обработването на събраните лични данни включва предаване на данните по електронен път, то Организаторът взема съответните мерки за защита на данните. c. /3/ Организаторът се задължава предприеманите мерки да са съобразени със съвременните технологични постижения и да осигуряват ниво на защита, което съответства на рисковете, свързани с обработването и на естеството на данните, които трябва да бъдат защитени.</li>
<li>Чл. 10. Организаторът не носи отговорност за регистрации, съдържащи непълна, невярна или подвеждаща информация, както и за регистрации, направени от лица, които нямат право да участват в Играта.</li>
<li>Чл.11. Всеки потенциален спор между Организатора на Играта и Участниците в същата се решава чрез преговори, а при невъзможност за постигане на споразумение, спорът ще се решава от компетентния съд в гр. София.</li>
<li>Чл. 12. a. /1/ Участието на всеки Участник в Играта e изцяло на негов риск и отговорност. b. /2/ Организаторът не отговоря за евентуални вреди, причинени при и във връзка с участие в Играта, освен ако е доказано, че са причинени при груба небрежност или умишлено. Организаторът не носи отговорност за невъзможност за осигуряване на участие в Играта при настъпване на обстоятелства извън неговия контрол -случаи на непреодолима сила, случайни събития, технически проблеми в мрежата и др.</li>

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Organizer, on the one hand, and the Participants in "{game.name}" on the other hand, as well as the conditions for participation in it.     Art. 2. The Organizer has the right at any time to suspend its implementation, as well as to temporarily or permanently terminate the participation of a Participant in it, if the same does not comply with the established rules. a. / 1 / The General Terms and Conditions are amended and supplemented unilaterally by the Organizer. b. / 2 / The Organizer is obliged to announce on the website of the Game the changes and additions in the General Terms. c. / 3 / The effect of the amendments and supplements is effective from the moment of their announcement on the website {game.link}, the Amended and / or supplemented General Terms and Conditions bind the Participants in the Game with their acceptance in the ways indicated above. Art. 7. a. / 1 / The participant is individualized in the Game through the contacts he / she leaves when filling in the registration form on the website {game.link}, and in particular names, phone and email. b. / 2 / Ticket BG and {embed.name} have no right to use the received personal data of the participants for purposes outside the Game, as well as to provide them to third parties, except in the cases provided by law, and in compliance with the provisions of these General conditions. The personal data of the Participants are used only for the purposes of identification of the persons participating in the Game, registration of the same for participation, as well as for the purposes of identification of the winners in the Game and contacting them on the occasion of awarding the prizes won by them. c. / 3 / The Organizer is not responsible if a Participant has provided incorrect data. d. / 4 / The organizer is not responsible in case the winner is objectively prevented from receiving and using a prize from the Game. e. / 5 / The organizer is not responsible and does not owe compensation to a person who has used data about another person, regardless of whether the latter has given consent or not. Art. 8. Upon awarding the prizes to the winners, the Organizer shall present to the winners for bilateral signing by the winner and a representative of the Organizer acceptance protocol, which certifies the proper delivery of the prize. Art. 9. a. / 1 / The organizer processes the collected personal data legally and in good faith. Ticket BG undertakes to take the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the data from accidental or illegal destruction, or accidental loss, from unauthorized access, alteration or dissemination, as well as from other illegal forms of processing. b. / 2 / As far as the processing of the collected personal data includes transmission of the data electronically, the Organizer shall take the respective measures for data protection. c. / 3 / The organizer undertakes the measures taken to be consistent with modern technological advances and to provide a level of protection that corresponds to the risks associated with the processing and the nature of the data to be protected. Art. 10. The Organizer is not responsible for registrations containing incomplete, incorrect or misleading information, as well as for registrations made by persons who are not entitled to participate in the Game. Art.11. Any potential dispute between the Organizer of the Game and the Participants in the game is resolved through negotiations, and if it is impossible to reach an agreement, the dispute will be resolved by the competent court in Sofia, Bulgaria. Art. 12. a. / 1 / The participation of each Participant in the Game is entirely at his own risk and responsibility. b. / 2 / The Organizer is not responsible for any damages caused during and in connection with participation in the Game, unless it is proven that they were caused by gross negligence or intentional. The organizer is not responsible for the inability to ensure participation in the Game in the event of circumstances beyond its control - cases of force majeure, accidental events, technical problems in the network and more.</div>
