I. GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR THE GAME

RULES: These RULES apply to participation in a game: "{game.name}", where the site {embed.name} is only a media partner

ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZER OF THE GAME: {game.org_name}, Hereinafter referred to as "Organizer"
THE PRIZES FOR THE PARTICIPANTS IN THE GAME ARE PROVIDED BY: {game.org_name},
THE PRIZES IN THE GAME ARE: "Game prizes are prominently displayed at {game.link}"
PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME: All individuals who meet the requirements of these Rules may take part in the Game.

GENERAL REGULATIONS:
1. Conducting and participating in the Game "{game.name}" is carried out in accordance with the Rules set out below.
2. Each Participant is obliged to comply with these Rules. Each Participant may take part in the Game only after accepting these Rules.

PARTICIPATION:
    1. To participate in the Game, the Participant must visit the site {embed.name}
    2. Participation in the Game is free. Each Participant has the right to participate once during the period of the game.
    3. Participation in the Game is carried out as a user who visited the site {embed.name}, answered the question (s) asked in it or if there is no question fill in all required fields published on {game.link}
    4. The Participant voluntarily provides to the Organizer of the Game his personal data for processing for the purposes of the Game, in particular - for the purposes of identification of the persons participating in the Game, registration of the same for participation, as well as for the purposes of identification of the winners. contacting them on the occasion of the awarding of the prizes won by them. Only the data of the winning participants, necessary for the drawing up of a handover protocol, certifying the awarding of the won prize, will be stored according to the statutory period for this, after which they will be removed or immobilized (archived).
    5. In the event that participants explicitly confirm this, their email addresses will be used to provide information about upcoming games and events in the form of a weekly newsletter.
    6. The winners of the Game are determined by drawing lots at random among all those who took part in the Game
    7. The draw is conducted by the Organizer through the use of independent software through a web-based application - www.random.org

II. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GAME: "{game.name}"

    Art. 1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Organizer, on the one hand, and the Participants in "{game.name}" on the other hand, as well as the conditions for participation in it.
    Art. 2. Throughout the General Terms and Conditions, the words and expressions defined in this Article shall have the following meanings:
    a. / 1 / "The Game" is "{game.name}", which takes place on the website {embed.name} and the partner network of sites of Ticket BG (the Organizer of the game)
   Art 3. “Participant” is any individual who has visited {game.link}, answered the question (s) and entered names, mobile phone and contact email in the entry form.
    "Organizer" is Ticket BG Ltd., with headquarters and address of management: Sofia, 24 Prof. Yordan Ivanov Str.
    Art. 4 a. / 1 / All citizens of the Republic of Bulgaria over 14 years of age have the right to participate, as minor Participants (from 14 to 18 years old) should register with the explicit consent of their adult guardians, who will confirm the registration in the game, in case a minor wins a prize in the Game, he / she will have to appear together with his / her guardian upon receiving the same.
    b. / 2 / A Participant may not be a person who is engaged in the activities of the Organizer of the Game or who is engaged in activities related to the implementation, provision and administration of the Game.
    c. / 3 / In case of availability of data, establishing non-fulfillment of the requirements under the previous paragraphs, the Organizer has the right to suspend the participation until their refutation by the Participant. The organizer independently assesses whether the non-fulfillment of the requirements has been refuted.
   4. The participant agrees to participate in the Game and agrees with the rules of the same, including these General Terms, the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the Game and the marking of "I agree with the General Terms" at: {game.link}, .

Art. 6. The Organizer determines the rules of the Game unilaterally and has the right to amend and supplement them at its discretion, including shortening or extending the term of the Game, the circumstances of which the Participants in the Game will be notified on the website of the Game. The Organizer has the right at any time to suspend its implementation, as well as to temporarily or permanently terminate the participation of a Participant in it, if the same does not comply with the established rules.
a. / 1 / The General Terms and Conditions are amended and supplemented unilaterally by the Organizer.
b. / 2 / The Organizer is obliged to announce on the website of the Game the changes and additions in the General Terms.
c. / 3 / The effect of the amendments and supplements is effective from the moment of their announcement on the website {game.link}, the Amended and / or supplemented General Terms and Conditions bind the Participants in the Game with their acceptance in the ways indicated above.
Art. 7.
a. / 1 / The participant is individualized in the Game through the contacts he / she leaves when filling in the registration form on the website {game.link}, and in particular names, phone and email.
b. / 2 / Ticket BG and {embed.name} have no right to use the received personal data of the participants for purposes outside the Game, as well as to provide them to third parties, except in the cases provided by law, and in compliance with the provisions of these General conditions. The personal data of the Participants are used only for the purposes of identification of the persons participating in the Game, registration of the same for participation, as well as for the purposes of identification of the winners in the Game and contacting them on the occasion of awarding the prizes won by them.
c. / 3 / The Organizer is not responsible if a Participant has provided incorrect data.
d. / 4 / The organizer is not responsible in case the winner is objectively prevented from receiving and using a prize from the Game.
e. / 5 / The organizer is not responsible and does not owe compensation to a person who has used data about another person, regardless of whether the latter has given consent or not.
Art. 8. Upon awarding the prizes to the winners, the Organizer shall present to the winners for bilateral signing by the winner and a representative of the Organizer acceptance protocol, which certifies the proper delivery of the prize.
Art. 9.
a. / 1 / The organizer processes the collected personal data legally and in good faith. Ticket BG undertakes to take the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the data from accidental or illegal destruction, or accidental loss, from unauthorized access, alteration or dissemination, as well as from other illegal forms of processing.
b. / 2 / As far as the processing of the collected personal data includes transmission of the data electronically, the Organizer shall take the respective measures for data protection.
c. / 3 / The organizer undertakes the measures taken to be consistent with modern technological advances and to provide a level of protection that corresponds to the risks associated with the processing and the nature of the data to be protected.
Art. 10. The Organizer is not responsible for registrations containing incomplete, incorrect or misleading information, as well as for registrations made by persons who are not entitled to participate in the Game.
Art.11. Any potential dispute between the Organizer of the Game and the Participants in the game is resolved through negotiations, and if it is impossible to reach an agreement, the dispute will be resolved by the competent court in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Art. 12.
a. / 1 / The participation of each Participant in the Game is entirely at his own risk and responsibility.
b. / 2 / The Organizer is not responsible for any damages caused during and in connection with participation in the Game, unless it is proven that they were caused by gross negligence or intentional. The organizer is not responsible for the inability to ensure participation in the Game in the event of circumstances beyond its control - cases of force majeure, accidental events, technical problems in the network and more.
